Infrastructure: a maximum of 20,000 € per plot – costs will be billed transparently. If the infrastructure work costs less, we will pass the savings entirely to the buyers.

The virtual house was designed specifically for Plot 2 and complies with building regulations regarding lateral distances, building height, and placement on the property. The lower views show the house from the middle street of the planned connecting road, which is still under construction.
